Your right to privacy is very important to us and it is our policy to respect the information we collect.
Your personal information
Your personal information identifies you (personal identifying data) we collect data by fair and lawful ways with your consent and understanding of how we use it. We only request personal information relevant to providing you with a service. The appointment system requires you to book a service slot; we collect your name, gender, and a contact telephone number (email and your address is optional) at the time of booking. You can refuse to give us this information with the understanding that we cannot reserve an appointment time and it could limit some of the services we provide. When permitted we collect your postal address, e-mail address and mobile/ landline telephone number.
How will your information be used?

- To record notes about your services and colour formulas
- To contact you if changes to your appointment are necessary
- Text/email appointment reminders ( if requested)
- Email correspondence
- To understand your interests in your choice of services and make improvements to future services
- To administer and amend appointments
- To advise you of changes or relevant information pertaining to you
- In house research and statistics analysis
Who will we share your information with?
We use third-party services for:
- Analytics tracking
- Advertising and promotion
- Content marketing
- Payment processing
These services may access our data solely for the purpose of performing specific tasks on our behalf. We do not share any personally identifying information with them. We do not give them permission to disclose or use any of our data for any other purpose. We only work with external agencies whose privacy policies align with ours and the law. However, we cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy practices. Staff members within the salon for the purpose of serving you and supporting the appointment service ie colours /client concerns /useful information regarding your appointment. We do not otherwise share or supply personal information to third parties. We do not sell or rent your personal information to marketers or third parties.
Where we store & how long we keep your personal data
The personal information we collect is stored and processed in the Uk, or where we or our partners, affiliates and third-party providers maintain facilities. We only retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide a service, or to improve our services in future. The stored data, will be protected within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as controlling unauthorised access, disclosure, copying, use or modification. Please note that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and cannot guarantee absolute data security. A two year period is set for retaining data however: If you request your personal information be deleted, or when your personal information becomes no longer relevant to our operations, we will erase it from our system.
Children’s information: We protect the right to privacy of children who use our services; under thirteen’s must be accompanied and booked in by a consenting parent or guardian.
